LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq: LFVN) has officially appointed Terrence Moorehead as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also joins the Board of Directors. The appointment was first announced in April 2026.
Moorehead brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience in consumer wellness, brand transformation, and digital modernization. He most recently served as President and CEO of Nature’s Sunshine Products. There he led a multi-year transformation that modernized the brand, improved digital and commercial capabilities, and delivered sustained revenue and profit growth.
