The enterprise AI platform is designed to help organizations deploy and manage AI securely while maintaining full control over their data, AI models, and digital infrastructure. QNET is one of the first companies to roll out the platform across its customer engagement operations.
The Sparsa AI EOS acts as a centralized platform that connects AI agents with existing business systems, data, and AI models. Unlike traditional cloud based AI solutions, the platform is deployed within an organization’s own environment, giving businesses complete ownership of their data and intellectual property. Every AI action is fully auditable, and the platform supports multiple AI models without vendor lock in.
QNET has integrated the platform into its customer support ecosystem, where it powers Lisa AI, the company’s digital assistant. Lisa AI helps customers and Independent Distributors manage inquiries and self service requests in multiple languages while seamlessly transferring complex cases to human agents. QNET also plans to expand the platform to support unified conversations across both real time and asynchronous communication channels.
