RIMAN Connects APAC Markets in Macau with Strategy, Innovation, and New Product Reveal

SEOUL, South Korea RIMAN, a fast-growing direct selling company focused on K-beauty skincare and wellness, successfully hosted the 2026 RIMAN Convention Macau from April 17 to April 19. The event took place at The Londoner Macao and gathered nearly 2,000 members and leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The convention marked RIMAN’s second regional gathering and welcomed participants from South Korea, Taiwan region, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Japan. The event strengthened collaboration among regional teams and reinforced the company’s global vision.

“MADE DIFFERENT” Theme Highlights Innovation and Leadership

The three-day convention followed the theme “MADE DIFFERENT.” The program focused on leadership development, strategic planning, and product innovation.

Executives and regional leaders shared real-life business case studies. These sessions highlighted the importance of aligning local execution with global strategy. Participants gained insights into market growth, leadership methods, and long-term expansion strategies.

A leadership panel discussion and a new product reveal became the highlight of the event. The introduction of new innovations created strong engagement among attendees.

Giant BYoungPool™ Reinforces RIMAN’s Brand Identity

During the convention, RIMAN revisited its signature heritage ingredient, Giant BYoungPool™. This advanced ingredient represents the company’s brand philosophy and commitment to innovation.

The ingredient is a specialized Centella Asiatica cultivar developed with long-term research. Its presentation strengthened brand identity and resonated strongly with members attending the event.

Research Pipeline Showcases Plant-Based Innovation

RIMAN also introduced its future research developments. Dr. Hee-sik Kim, Chief Technology Officer of ASK LABS and a researcher at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology, presented a new plant-based bio-material.

This material is derived from a proprietary chlorella strain discovered in Jeju Island. The development process has taken nearly 10 years and included an investment of approximately KRW 3.9 billion (about $3.0 million).

The bio-material contains important carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin. These nutrients are widely known for their protective and antioxidant properties. RIMAN plans to introduce products using this material later this year.

Brand Exhibitions and Digital Displays Enhance Engagement

The venue included interactive exhibition areas featuring RIMAN’s major brands, including:

  • ICD
  • botalab
  • Lifening

Digital installations showcased the company’s Jeju-based production systems and sourcing processes. These displays demonstrated RIMAN’s commitment to transparency and innovation in manufacturing.

Leadership Emphasizes Long-Term Regional Growth

Youngsu Hwang, Global Chief Sales Officer at RIMAN, shared the company’s long-term vision during the event. He emphasized the importance of strong coordination between regional markets.

According to Hwang, the convention supports sustainable growth by strengthening partnerships, leadership skills, and operational consistency across markets.
