Mary Kay Pink Changing Lives Reaches 4M Women

Mary Kay’s Pink Changing Lives Program Surpasses 4 Million Women Reached Worldwide

Mary Kay Inc. continues to advance its commitment to women’s empowerment through the Pink Changing Lives® Program. Since 1996, the initiative has delivered more than $230 million in monetary and product donations to nonprofit organizations. These efforts focus on empowering women, improving women’s health and safety, and protecting natural resources.

The program has also generated over $19 million through cause-marketing. Funds come from a portion of sales of designated products in participating markets. Each purchase of a Pink Changing Lives®-designated product directly supports charitable causes and allows consumers to give back through everyday choices.

Purpose-Driven Giving at Scale

Allison Levy, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mary Kay Inc., highlighted the program’s core belief. “At Mary Kay, we believe in the power of small acts to create extraordinary change. Through Pink Changing Lives®, every market, consumer, Independent Beauty Consultant and designated purchase has the power to uplift a woman, support a family, and strengthen a community.
