Mary Kay has officially launched its Global Social Squad (GSS) Pilot Program, a new initiative designed to empower the next generation of digital beauty leaders. The program focuses on helping Independent Beauty Consultants (IBCs) strengthen their social media presence, create engaging content, and grow their businesses in a digital-first environment.

The pilot program will launch in selected international markets during 2026. Through this initiative, Mary Kay aims to expand brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support social-first entrepreneurship across multiple digital platforms.

Program Designed for the Digital Era

The Global Social Squad Program brings together more than 70 talented and emerging creators from the Mary Kay community. These Independent Beauty Consultants were selected based on their creativity, authenticity, and social media skills.

Participants will create high-quality beauty and lifestyle content while promoting Mary Kay products through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. They will also participate in global campaigns and share practical social media strategies with other consultants.

According to Tara Eustace, the initiative reflects the company’s vision for modern entrepreneurship.

She explained that Mary Kay consultants are the brand’s true influencers. She also highlighted the importance of authentic storytelling and meaningful online connections in today’s social-first business environment.

  • Europe

Members of the program receive exclusive merchandise, access to educational resources, and opportunities to participate in special content challenges throughout the year.
