The Mary Kay Ash Foundation is celebrating its 30th anniversary while continuing its mission to protect women and support survivors of domestic violence. The Foundation has also completed 21 years as the Presenting Sponsor of the Conference on Crimes Against Women (CCAW). This long-term partnership reflects its commitment to improving safety, expanding awareness, and strengthening services for women across the United States.

The Conference on Crimes Against Women is one of the nation’s leading events focused on preventing gender-based violence. It brings together law enforcement officers, prosecutors, healthcare professionals, victim advocates, and social service organizations. Through expert-led sessions and practical training, attendees gain valuable knowledge to improve investigations, support survivors, and strengthen community response systems.

Conference Highlights and Impact

Mary Kay Ash Foundation supports women through the Conference on Crimes Against Women and survivor advocacy initiatives.

The latest CCAW conference attracted more than 2,400 attendees from all 50 U.S. states and several countries. Participants attended 280 educational workshops led by 270 industry experts, covering topics such as survivor support, legal practices, and emerging technologies. In addition, 80 scholarships helped professionals access training they might not otherwise have received.

Since its establishment in 1996, the Mary Kay Ash Foundation has donated more than $100 million to domestic violence prevention programs, survivor assistance initiatives, and cancer research.
