April 23, 2026 – LifeVantage Corporation (Nasdaq: LFVN) successfully wrapped up its three-day Momentum Academy 2026 event at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The event, themed “Breakthrough,” brought together independent LifeVantage Consultants from across the country for focused training on leadership, product innovation, and business growth.
Attendees participated in immersive sessions that combined practical business strategies with personal development. A major emphasis was placed on storytelling as a powerful tool for building connections and growing income.

During the event, President and CEO Steve Fife shared that he will retire effective April 30, 2026. He introduced Terrence Moorehead as his successor, who will officially join the company as President and CEO on August 5, 2026.
Current Board Director Michael Beindorff will serve as Interim CEO during the transition period.
