Johnson’s appointment is the next step in building disciplined leadership at dōTERRA. The company aims to scale its operations and expand its global reach with greater clarity and consistency.
Jonathan Johnson has nearly two decades of experience in public relations, mass communications, government relations, media strategy, and organizational leadership. As Chief Communications Officer, he worked across traditional and digital media. He helped turn communication challenges into opportunities for growth.
As President, Johnson will focus on strengthening organizational strategy. He will help dōTERRA navigate a complex global environment. He will also oversee the Executive Council and drive consistent execution across all parts of the business.
Murray Smith, who previously served as President, will continue as Executive Vice President of International. In this role, he will lead and strengthen dōTERRA’s global markets. He brings deep experience, stability, and long-standing relationships across the company’s international network.
