GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico, July 16, 2026 – inGroup International has officially completed its planned leadership transition, marking a significant milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy and corporate governance.
The transition became effective on July 15, 2026, when Frank J. Codina concluded his role as Co-Manager of inGroup International LLC. His departure completes a carefully planned leadership succession that began in late 2024. As part of the process, Mr. Codina also stepped down as Co-Chief Executive Officer, with his responsibilities gradually transferred to ensure a smooth and stable transition.
Following the leadership change, Anthony Varvaro has been appointed as Co-Manager alongside Founder and CEO Michael “Hutch” Hutchison, who will also continue serving as Executive Chairman.Varvaro has been the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2022.
 His expanded responsibilities reflect inGroup International’s focus on maintaining operational excellence, strengthening corporate governance, and supporting long-term business growth.
Commenting on the transition, Michael “Hutch” Hutchison expressed appreciation for Frank J. Codina’s contributions over the past decade.
He stated that Codina played an important role in the company’s growth and helped build a strong foundation for its future. Hutchison also wished him success in the next stage of his professional career.
Following his departure from inGroup International, Frank J. Codina was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Miami Dade College Foundation, one of Florida’s leading higher education organizations.
The foundation manages more than $250 million in assets and awards millions of dollars in scholarships each year. It supports over 18,000 students annually while serving Miami Dade College, the largest college in the United States by undergraduate enrollment. The institution also has one of the country’s most diverse student communities, representing 167 countries across eight campuses.
