dōTERRA has appointed Emily Snyder as President and Executive Director of the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation. She will lead the foundation’s global initiatives in education, health, and crisis relief. Her appointment marks a new phase of growth for the organization.
Emily Snyder brings significant experience in organizational leadership and strategic operations. She most recently served as Chief of Staff at Degreed. She previously held a senior product and audience engagement position with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Snyder holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Throughout her career, she worked with and received mentorship from Clayton Christensen, a respected author, professor, and business innovator. Her experience combines strategic leadership with a strong focus on mission-driven organizations.
dōTERRA Founder and CEO David Stirling praised Snyder’s ability to turn purpose into action. He said her leadership will help the Healing Hands Foundation expand its global impact. The foundation will continue supporting communities through programs focused on health, education, and crisis relief.
