ADA, MICHIGAN – Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company, has appointed Victor Crawford to its Board of Directors. The appointment took effect on May 12, 2026.
Crawford brings more than four decades of leadership experience. His background covers global operations, supply chain management, and executive roles across multiple industries.

Crawford’s career includes major leadership roles at large corporations.
Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceutical segment at Cardinal Health, Inc. Cardinal Health is a nearly $200 billion integrated healthcare services and products company. In that role, Crawford oversaw the company’s largest segment. He managed approximately $166 billion in annual revenues and a workforce of 15,000 employees.
Before Cardinal Health, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Healthcare, Education, Business Dining and Facilities Segment at Aramark. Aramark is a global provider of food, facilities, and uniform services. Crawford managed a portfolio of businesses generating about $7 billion in annual revenues.
He also held executive positions at PepsiCo, Inc. As President of North America for the Pepsi Bottling Group, he oversaw field sales operations that produced $12.3 billion in annual sales. Additional leadership experience includes roles at Marriott International and Federal-Mogul Corporation.
Crawford currently serves on the Board of Directors of Saputo Inc., a global dairy processor. He also serves as Executive Chairman of BelPak Inc.
Previously, he sat on the boards of The Hershey Company and Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc.
