eXp World Holdings, Inc. has officially changed its Nasdaq ticker symbol to AGNT and acquired NextHome, Inc., a leading national real estate franchise. This strategic move creates a powerful unified platform that offers real estate professionals both franchise and cloud-based brokerage models.

Effective May 8, 2026, eXp World Holdings shares began trading under the new ticker AGNT. The acquisition of NextHome brings proven franchising expertise into the eXp ecosystem, giving agents and brokers maximum flexibility to choose the business model that best fits their goals.
