Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX) has announced a key leadership transition. J. Stanley Fredrick will retire from the Board of Directors, and Robert Toth will serve as the new Chairman of the Board effective September 1, 2026. The change marks an important moment for the global health and wellness company as it continues its long-term growth path.
Fredrick has served Mannatech with distinction since September 2001 as a Class II director. He held the role of lead director from 2003 to 2009 and served as Chairman of the Board since 2009. Landen Fredrick, President and CEO and son of J. Stanley Fredrick, expressed deep gratitude for more than 25 years of service. He described his father as a mentor, counselor, and steadfast advocate whose leadership was rooted in experience, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Fellow Board member Tyler J. Rameson also praised Fredrick’s ability to focus on what is best for the company over the long term and noted that Mannatech is stronger because of his steady presence
Robert Toth brings extensive experience to the role. He first joined the Board in 2008 and served through 2023 as a Class III director. During that time he chaired the Compensation and Stock Option Plan Committee and served on several other key committees. He also held the position of Vice Chairman from August 2014 to March 2019 and rejoined the Board as Vice Chairman on December 1, 2024. Toth has more than 40 years of direct selling experience, including serving as President of Avon International from 2004 to 2005, where he oversaw operations in over 120 countries with annual revenues exceeding $5.5 billion. Both J. Stanley Fredrick and Landen Fredrick expressed strong confidence in Toth’s wisdom, global perspective, and commitment to Mannatech’s future.
