MacMillan brings over 30 years of executive experience across direct selling, retail, and telecommunications. He previously served as Chief Global Development Officer at Plexus, where he streamlined operations and boosted global sales. His achievements include winning the 2022 American Business Lifetime Achievement Award. Beyond corporate leadership, MacMillan regularly speaks on business strategy and executive leadership.
MacMillan plans to expand company reach while honoring the foundation built by co-founders Tarl Robinson and Alec Clark. He expressed honor in taking on the role and emphasized maintaining high standards for product quality and customer service.
