Mannatech Q2 2026 Financial Results Show Growth

Mannatech Reports Strong Q2 2026 Financial Results with Higher Net Sales and Recruiting Growth

Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company, announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The company reported higher net sales, improved profitability, and strong growth in new associate recruiting.

Net Sales and Gross Profit Performance

Net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2026, reached $26.7 million. This marks an increase of $1.0 million compared to the same period in 2025. On a constant dollar basis, net sales rose $1.3 million, or 5.1%. Foreign exchange rates caused a $0.3 million decrease in GAAP net sales.

Gross profit as a percentage of net sales improved to 76.9%, up from 73.6% in the second quarter of 2025.

Operating Expenses and Profitability

Selling and administrative expenses fell by $1.8 million, or 16.7%, to $9.0 million. As a percentage of net sales, these expenses declined to 33.7% from 42.0% in the prior-year period.

Income from operations was $1.0 million, compared to a loss from operations of $1.4 million in the second quarter of 2025. Income tax expense was $0.2 million, versus less than $0.1 million a year earlier.

Net income reached $1.0 million, or $0.53 per diluted share. This compares to a net loss of $4.3 million, or $2.27 per diluted share, in the same quarter of 2025.

As of June 30, 2026, cash and cash equivalents stood at $6.0 million, down 2.4% or $0.2 million from $6.2 million at the end of 2025.

The approximate number of new and continuing independent associate and preferred customer positions was about 116,000, compared to 125,000 in the same period of 2025. Recruiting of new associates and preferred customers increased 33.3% in the second quarter of 2026 versus the second quarter of 2025.

Management Commentary

Changes in current trade policies, including tariffs, could affect cost structure and profitability. Mannatech takes steps to mitigate higher costs and supply chain disruptions. However, operational constraints and short-term uncertainties may limit these efforts.

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

In addition to GAAP results, Mannatech presents certain non-GAAP financial measures, including constant dollar figures. These adjust for the impact of foreign currency translation on net sales, gross profit, and income from operations.

The company believes these measures provide useful insight into the strength of ongoing business operations. Constant currency results help investors better understand performance trends. Non-GAAP measures should not replace GAAP results. A full reconciliation is available in the accompanying Non-GAAP Financial Measures table.

Mannatech operates in China through a cross-border e-commerce platform separate from its network marketing model.
