LR Health & Beauty SE, Europe’s leading digital social commerce company for nutritional supplements and beauty products, has published its preliminary Q1 2026 results. The company continues to focus on long-term strategic initiatives despite a challenging market environment.
Compared to Q1 2025, sales decreased by 17.8% from EUR 74.0 million. The decline in EBITDA was mainly due to lower sales volume and one-time costs related to the ongoing financial restructuring process.
LR remains committed to strengthening its financing structure and advancing key strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable growth. The company is also expanding in-house production of top-selling products to improve quality and efficiency.

In April 2026, LR hosted successful Business Days attended by thousands of distributors. The event featured the relaunch of two popular products the 5in1 Beauty Elixir and the 5in1 Men’s Shot both now set for in-house production. These new formulations received strong positive feedback from the field.
LR has also introduced adjustments to its career plan to better support distributor success and long-term growth.
