Steve and Gina Merritt brought the THIS IS IT Team together in Orlando for the UNSTOPPABLE Convention 2026. The four-day event focused on LifeWave technology, leadership, strategy, recognition, and faith. Domestic and international teams attended.
The real test, the Merritts said, would come after the applause ended. They challenged everyone to carry the conviction from Orlando back home. Face obstacles. Take responsibility. Develop the next leader.
Steve opened the convention with a direct message.
“You are all here for a reason. It’s not a coincidence that you are with us this evening.”
Gina spoke to those who had fought hard just to arrive.

“So some of you have been on a journey to get here… You are not going to let any obstacle slow you down.”
Months of Road to Unstoppable Tour events had built toward this moment. Now the Merritts asked leaders to turn belief into action and build organizations strong
Danny and Diane McDaniel put commitment at the center of the challenge. Danny used a clear image:
“With this business, you ought to latch on to this thing so hard, like a pit bull, that no one can pull you off of that.”
Diane added a practical reminder:
“You got to be in the room.”
Their message was simple. Show up. Stay engaged. Then act when the event ends.
LifeWave’s X39 technology stayed central throughout the weekend. Steve and Gina linked their confidence in the products to a clear responsibility for every leader: understand the information, use approved resources, and teach others to communicate it well.
Steve sat down with LifeWave founder, owner, and inventor David Schmidt. Attendees heard the company’s vision directly. Schmidt thanked the community:
“I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for all of you and for our community.”
He also shared a personal foundation for resilience:
“Every single problem or challenge that I’ve had in my life has ultimately ended up making me stronger.”
Rick and Kerri Roberson gave the room a challenge it could answer out loud.
“Life’s tough,” Rick called.
“I’m tougher,” the audience answered.
Kerri carried that resolve into daily decisions:
“Unstoppable doesn’t mean you never get tired. It just means tired doesn’t make any of your decisions for you.”
Mike and Sahi Hernandez connected leadership with faith and encouragement. “Leaders are born at these events,” Mike said. Sahi urged people to believe they could move forward.
Scott and Renita Brannan confronted the cost of standing still. Renita challenged complacency. Scott declared:
“Power isn’t something that you wait for to turn on. You activate it.”
Andy and Mandy Hosier encouraged attendees to turn difficult experiences into a message that could serve others. Penny Carpenter urged courage in the face of fear. Brooke Robinson challenged people to leave their comfort zones.
David and Terri Miller grounded the business conversation in data. They showed leaders how to understand activity, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.
Steve brought more than four decades of network marketing experience to nearly 50 minutes of coaching. His message reached beyond the ballroom: keep learning, communicate clearly, and lead when the excitement fades. His Fast Start Panel explored fundamentals and early lessons from business builders.
A Doctors Panel shared perspectives from healthcare professionals, including anesthesiology and optometry. The UNSTOPPABLE Panel addressed setbacks and the discipline required to continue. Recognition celebrated milestones while keeping the focus on developing others.
Gina brought the message back to the people in the room:
“Every single person in this room has a different gift. That’s what the word team means.”
Steve expressed the bond behind the work:
“Tonight we dream together… We laugh together… Tonight we believe together.”
Saturday opened by honoring veterans and others who serve, with patriotic music and prayer. Recording artist Blanca, a personal friend of the Merritts, brought music and faith into the morning. Sunday’s service reflected Steve and Gina’s Christian faith and their commitment to relationships and service, while respecting the different beliefs within the THIS IS IT community.
After Orlando, the challenge belonged to every attendee. Use the approved resources. Strengthen a relationship. Help someone else become capable of leading. UNSTOPPABLE would take its meaning from the decisions people made next.
