Revenue reached $42.4 million. This marked a 23.1 percent drop from the prior year. The Americas region fell 24.8 percent. Asia/Pacific and Europe declined 16.9 percent. Net income per diluted share stood at $0.10. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.11. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $2.7 million.

Full Fiscal Year 2026 Highlights

Annual revenue was $182.6 million. This represented a 20.1 percent decrease year over year. 

Americas revenue dropped 23.2 percent. Asia/Pacific and Europe fell 6.9 percent. Net income per diluted share was $0.40. Adjusted earnings per share reached $0.56. Adjusted EBITDA stood at $13.7 million.

CEO Terrence Moorehead Outlines Path Forward

Terrence Moorehead serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He joined in August 2026 after leading Nature’s Sunshine Products.
