Herbalife Appoints Lynda Cloud to Board, Strengthening Digital and Wellness Vision

The appointment of Lynda Cloud aligns directly with Herbalife’s growth strategy. Her decades of experience across digital education, health, and scalable technologies make her an ideal fit to advise on Herbalife’s modernization and expansion initiatives.

Ms. Cloud most recently served as CEO of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she led a global expansion of digital wellness education. Prior to IIN, she was CEO of Equal Ed and Executive Vice President at K12 Inc., where she spearheaded innovation in online learning.
