Link BioSciences specializes in processing biometrics, biomarkers, lifestyle data, and DNA through proprietary technology. The company’s advanced manufacturing capabilities will enable Herbalife to formulate and deliver highly personalized nutritional supplements, aligning with the growing demand for customized health solutions.
Pruvit is a market leader in the direct-selling industry, specializing in patented ketone supplements. This acquisition will introduce an exclusive new product category to Herbalife’s lineup, expanding its health and wellness offerings.
Pruvit will continue operating independently under its current ownership for up to two years. During this transition period, Herbalife will gradually integrate Pruvit’s expertise and product line into its existing operations while simultaneously rolling out the Pro2col platform globally.

The total cost of these transactions is estimated at approximately $25 million to $30 million, with additional conditional payments based on future performance. These acquisitions mark a significant milestone in Herbalife’s growth strategy, reinforcing its position as a leader in the personalized nutrition industry.
In addition to these acquisitions, Herbalife is strengthening its collaboration with global soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo. As a long-time Herbalife partner and advocate for peak nutrition and athletic performance, Ronaldo will serve as an advisor for the Pro2col platform, contributing his expertise to enhance the company’s personalised wellness initiatives.
