Dr. Stephanie Rimka has officially joined MWR Life as a Lifestyle Ambassador. She brings more than three decades of experience in health, education, and wellness, along with a strong network marketing track record, to the global travel and lifestyle company.
Business For Home readers may already recognize her name. She was profiled in December 2024 for her professional standing and the personal story behind her drive to build. This time, her decision began with a deeper personal question: What did she actually want her life to look like?
“I used to be building a business that let me take my laptop anywhere,” Rimka said. “Now I’m building a life where I can occasionally leave it behind.”
That distinction captures much of what drew her to MWR Life.

For more than 30 years, her work has focused on helping people reclaim their health. Her career began in a Michigan psychiatric hospital and later expanded into brain health, nervous system regulation, neurofeedback, functional medicine, trauma, peptides, longevity, and complex chronic conditions.
After years marked by profound personal loss and change, her questions grew broader. Health still mattered. But so did what people were healthy enough to do with their lives.
That shift has shaped her work around three ideas: health, freedom, and belonging. Her larger mission is simple helping people become fully alive.
Rimka is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Board Certified Neurofeedback Therapist through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. She is a founding faculty member of My Peptide University and the author of Receive: The Dance of Feminine Power. She also appeared with Eric Worre for a two-hour episode of The Excellence Project, discussing her healthcare work, life, and network marketing business.
By the time MWR Life approached her, she was weighing far more than compensation or another product line. She wanted a company that fit the life she wanted to create.
“I had a list,” she said. “Ownership I could respect. Leadership I would follow. A culture that puts people ahead of volume. And a product I would use whether or not I ever got paid. MWR Life was the first company in a long time that checked every box.”
Her instinct to protect the people who follow her goes back to Detroit, where she watched her mother struggle with poverty. “If my mom had met me, I would’ve helped her turn herself into a millionaire,” she told Business For Home in 2024.
Rimka took months before she signed. She examined the company data, the founder, the travel platform, the compensation model, and the field already building it.
Her criteria have changed over the years. “The product may bring people through the door,” she said. “Leadership determines what happens after they arrive.”
MWR Life Founder and CEO Yoni Ashurov welcomed that level of scrutiny. “Stephanie asked harder questions than most, and she asked them of the right people,” Ashurov said. “We respect leaders who do their homework. She brings real credibility and a genuine commitment to the field, and we are glad to have her building with us.”
Rimka sees her caution as part of a wider shift in the profession. “I think people are evaluating opportunities differently than they did a few years ago,” she said. “A lot of very good people have been through difficult transitions, unexpected changes, and disappointment. That makes people more careful, and I think that is healthy.”
After years in product-driven companies, the digital membership model also appealed to her. “There is something very different about offering people access to experiences they already want, without inventory, shipping or another consumable product competing for space in their lives,” she said. “That simplicity mattered to me.”
Travel holds deep personal meaning for Rimka. After focusing for so long on what helps people heal, she has become more interested in what happens after they begin feeling better.
What are we getting healthy for?
What are we building financial freedom for?
What do we want enough time, energy, and freedom to actually experience?
For her, those questions are connected. “I have spent my career handing people protocols,” she said. “Travel reaches something a protocol cannot. It nourishes the soul, puts you around other people, and gives you back to yourself. That is what travel has done for me.”
That philosophy makes MWR Life’s Life Experiences especially interesting to her. “The Life Experiences are where this gets really interesting for me,” she said. “Experiences designed around wellness, around biohacking, around people actually restoring themselves while they travel. That is the intersection I have been waiting my whole career for.”
Her professional community already includes clinicians, wellness educators, entrepreneurs, and people in the longevity and human performance space an audience that aligns naturally with what the company is building.
Belonging also played a key role in her decision. “Every company will tell you they have a culture,” she said. “Very few of them have people who actually spend time together. That was the difference, and it was the one thing I couldn’t have assessed from a spreadsheet.”
Donna Valdes, the MWR Life leader who introduced Rimka to the company, watched the process closely. “Stephanie vetted this harder than anyone I have ever personally enrolled,” Valdes said. “I respected that because leaders at her level understand their decision affects the people who trust them. That kind of due diligence protects everyone who may come in behind her.”
Her arrival adds another established name to MWR Life’s North American expansion, which officially launched in March 2026. The next major gathering, Elevation North America 2026, is scheduled for November 14 and 15 in Orlando, Florida.
For Rimka, the move represents something larger. It is part of a broader evolution in how she thinks about work, health, freedom, and what makes a life feel rich.
For years, the question driving her career was: How do we help people heal?
Today, another question sits beside it: What are we healing for?
Her answer keeps returning to the same things enough health to participate fully in life, enough freedom to choose how to spend it, and enough belonging to have people with whom to share it.
Her work has always been about helping people change how they feel and function. What comes next adds where they go, what they experience, and who they go with.
And this time, Rimka would like to leave the laptop behind once in a while.
