I use Velovita every day. I love the 3 Stage. First the clearing of your Foggy Head. 2nd phase is the Happy Stage and the only way to start your day. Finally the 3rd stage is the Productivity Stage and you get so much work done and time flies. Then at Bed Time you sleep like a Baby.
