The newly appointed THREE Scientific Board Members are Dr. Roy Rong, Dr. Deirdre Leake, and Professor Sastia Putri—each bringing a wealth of experience in medicine, biotechnology, and wellness.

A physician-scientist with decades of global healthcare leadership, Dr. Rong holds a doctorate in medicine from Kiel University and has conducted postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School. His expertise in urologic oncology and psychosomatic medicine has positioned him as a global thought leader. He currently serves as General Manager at AtriCure China and is Founder of the International Health and Medical Association.
A double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Leake is a leader in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. She actively contributes to the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). Her approach emphasizes skin health as a key element of holistic wellness.
An award-winning scientist at Osaka University, Professor Putri is a specialist in metabolomics, applying her research in food science and microbiology. She is internationally recognized for her studies on natural food compounds and is the recipient of the L’Oréal For Women in Science Award and the Metabolomics Society President’s Award. She also co-founded PT Arumia Kharisma Indonesia and wellness brand Bright Squad.
