Orkun Gül brings over 20 years of leadership experience in FMCG, direct selling, and network marketing. He previously held senior roles at Procter & Gamble and spent more than a decade in executive positions at Avon across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC regions.
He also served as President of the Turkey Direct Selling Association, where he championed transparency and sustainability in the industry.
In his new role, Gül will focus on enhancing Oriflame’s commercial capabilities, improving productivity, and scaling its global network of over three million Beauty Entrepreneurs.
