The investment will strengthen quality control, increase production capacity, and support future growth.
The centrepiece of the investment is a modern, fully automated production line. LR will now manufacture its complete range of successful 5-in-1 products at the Ahlen site. This includes popular items such as the LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and the LR 5in1 Men’s Shot.
The new facility will also create space for future product innovations in nutritional supplements. By bringing the entire 5-in-1 production in-house, LR gains greater control over quality and processes. It also improves flexibility for international markets and reduces dependence on external suppliers.

Today, about 95 percent of LR products are already made in Germany. The Ahlen headquarters combines product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing under one roof. The new line further strengthens Ahlen as the company’s main centre of excellence for health and beauty products.
The new production line can produce up to 40 million units per year. This creates strong growth potential for the coming years. The fully automated system delivers high speed, efficiency, and consistent results. It uses advanced technology from one of the world’s top 10 plant manufacturers.
Product safety remains a top priority. Production takes place under the highest cleanroom standards. A fully automated Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system maintains excellent hygiene. An intelligent camera system also monitors the entire process in real time and quickly detects any issues.
