In my 20 years in the healthy and Beauty industry, I’ve never had a company check off as many boxes as this company has for me! They have: -High quality affordable products -Ability to earn passive income to infinity -Earn corporate leads -Amazing comp plan with 90% commission paid into the field, which is unheard of -A corporate team that cares about everyone -revolutionary consumable products that people buy over and over again -systems, training and more This company always does the right thing for the team and customers. They bring such a light, joyful and motivation to us all. Great company to work with! And the timing is NOW! I stayed because of the quality and was quickly hooked. Imagine Urban Decay and Mac colliding to create makeup and that is what you have with Real Her. Once I ordered the skin care regimen and Regen pen I knew these were products I wanted and needed to have. The collagen is incredible, it has really made a difference to my skin, and my whole body! I definitely ache less after weight training using this, and I rarely get DOMS anymore. The skin care is also really good. My favourite is the cleanser. I have dry and sensitive skin so exfoliating can aggravate it. But the particles in the cleanser are gentle enough to leave it looking fresh and smooth without being red and dry. The corporate team are very very supportive. I'm in the UK team and support I've had from the leader here is amazing. Constant involvement and support. And we also get incredible support from the corporate team in America. This is a complete te effort to make a genuine family where everyone feels valued, supported and motivated to get things going!
