Communication is appalling. Customer service is a total joke. I have had some delivery issues but no one at HBN has taken the initiative to try to help me to resolve. I love their products as they are mostly made up of natural ingredients but the way the whole business is being run is a total flop. I sent the links to prospects but they complained that the links were down for quite a long while. No way will I ever ask people to join HBN again as it might jeopardise my friendship with others. I simply do not understand why the management just refuses to look into delivery matters which are very important to how businesses are being run in the first place. For me, I just feel thar enough is enough!

I've been involved in Network Marketing/Direct Selling/MLM for decades and HBN: Heart & Body Naturals is the first company/opportunity that I've achieved financial and ranking success. This is a company that obviously wants us to win based on the very generous compensation plan and the cleanest most effective products. The ethos of the company makes the difference: plants over pills, people over profits. Paula has created something that has enhanced and changed so many lives based on her sharing what saved her husband's life. I'm soooo grateful she shared The Gift so that now we can Share The Gift. I’ve been with HBN for just under 2 yrs and I have to say I love the company’s pay plan as well as the products there are so many great products it’s hard to choose a favorite. There has been some hiccups during this pandemic we have been having but I believe it has been handled super well. I also really love the training that is offered and all the materials provided to be successful. I also really love that Paula and her husband listen to our suggestions and ideas for new products and many other things and does her best to provide those for everyone.

I have been with HBNATURALS since April 2019.I have been there through a major growth period and through the challenges of the Pandemic.I will be very honest there were some hickups.But they were handled very professionally and timely.The products have helped me transform my life. Great products that work and an aggressive pay plan. My body feels like it has aged backward since I’ve been using the products and getting paid daily is a great thing. 300% growth in 2020. Despite the pandemic, the company grew and continued to ship products timely. The products are organic, plant-based, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. The pay plan pays out 7 different ways without any enrollment fees or activation fees. Paula is an authentic and down to earth CEO who makes decisions to benefit the customers. The company truly does put people over profits as we educate people about the power of plants over pills.

Recently, there are cases whereby some of the more senior people of my upline team have left. After hearing their respective stories, I reckon HB Naturals is just like any other Mlm company that has integrity issues. I would say no to any mlm company in future. The customer service at HB Naturals is a joke. Nobody bothers to answer queries promptly. Their delivery services seem to take forever even though shipping charges are added to our orders. As a distributor, I have a hard time getting my commissions to the PayQuicker as no one at HB Naturals bother to release the funds promptly.

Quality is the one thing HBN has above other companies in this field.. As a Consult in Australia the USA uplines and leaders have been supportive..HBN Training and back office is user friendly..Coach Marcus is someone that inspires you and answers you questions ..Another leader Will Zanders is a great leader for HBN, I would put him at the top of any HBN 1% and a equal would be Chuck Holmes..We have so much knowledge Share …Customer Service is amazing 60day money back..Exciting times for HBN.. Best Pay Plan

<<>> During year 2020, I tried to buy HBN products but the shipping and delivery took more than 3 months to reach me (maybe due to Covid19) so I stopped ordering for quite a while already. Furthermore, HB Naturals failed to trigger mass emails to all distributors to inform everyone of the changes to the company’s policies. So my account got deactivated, all my links are down and my active downlines now automatically go to my upline. I don’t think this is a viable networking business. The company HBN does not give a consideration towards the hard work ? distributors have previously put in. It used to be an attractive opportunity but not anymore.

The Products are very good this review is not based on the quality of the products, I have given this rating based on the customer service, communication and consultant support offered to there international consultants. For the majority of this year we have been experiencing operational issues. Many emails have been sent to try and find a solution. The majority of these emails have remained unanswered. Another issue is that orders do not have appropriate tracking information. Also some orders are not being packed and shipped in appropriate time frame, if the company communicated what the delay is IE. Backorder, staffing due to Covid etc then there would be no issues. It's the lack of communication that is the problem. Customers and consultants are left in the dark and business is suffering.

This is my 6th company, hands down the most supportive company I've ever been with. Never had the growth or awesome customer reviews as I have with HBN. This company is allowing me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Made more my first 5 weeks than my best month at any other company. This company was free to join, zero monthly or yearly fees. Best and well thought out company. I've been involved with Heart and Body Naturals for 15 months. The products are the cleanest plant based products I've seen. I'm one that looks at labels and am careful about what I consume.these products meet my standards!
