Jim Brown, President and CEO of USANA, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). This key appointment reflects both his personal leadership in the industry and the continued influence of USANA in global direct sales. Brown was chosen by DSA members and will serve a three-year term.

As the USANA CEO, Brown brings over 25 years of leadership experience, with 19 of those years at USANA in roles including President, COO, and Chief Production Officer. He is responsible for the company’s global vision, driving strategy for employees, distributors, and customers alike.
The Direct Selling Association has been at the forefront of entrepreneurship for over a century. In 2023, direct selling in the U.S. generated $36.7 billion in retail sales, supporting more than 6.1 million independent entrepreneurs who delivered personalized customer experiences across the country.
