Anovité has named Leon Atcitty as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This move strengthens the company’s leadership team. It supports growth, field development, and market expansion. Atcitty brings more than 20 years of direct selling experience. He has built high-performing teams, developed emerging markets, and created strategies that deliver results.
Before joining Anovité, Atcitty spent over a decade at Young Living. He advanced through sales roles and most recently served as Executive Director of Sales for the United States. There he led sales, field development, and growth efforts. Earlier, he held leadership positions in sales and market development at Morinda (Tahitian Noni). He has worked in both domestic and international markets. Fluent in Spanish, he also has experience supporting Spanish-speaking communities.
Anovité is a science-focused wellness company specializing in colostrum-based products. Founder and CEO Dr. Anthony Kleinsmith has researched colostrum for more than 30 years. He grew up on a dairy farm and holds advanced degrees in nutritional science. The flagship product, Colostrum6, is certified 6-hour first-milking bovine colostrum. It is produced without fillers, never defatted, and third-party tested. The company shifted from retail stores to direct selling to protect product integrity.
Atcitty’s leadership centers on developing people and building scalable systems. In his new role, he will accelerate the U.S. market and strengthen ties with field leaders. He will help associates gain skills and confidence to grow their businesses. He will also advance sales strategy, market development, and field engagement.
