eXp Realty’s FastCAP program has earned top honors in a global competition that included major brands such as 3M, IBM, and Pepsi.
eXp Realty, the core subsidiary of AGNT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGNT), announced that eXp University’s FastCAP program received two Gold awards in the 2026 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. The program won in the categories of Best Training for Sales and Performance and Best Unique and Innovative Sales Training Program. The awards place FastCAP among the highest-rated training initiatives worldwide.
FastCAP is a free six-week training course available to all eXp Realty agents. It focuses on building productive daily habits, generating leads, and converting conversations into clients. The program uses tools already included in eXp’s technology platform, so agents face no extra cost.
More than 21,000 agents have registered for FastCAP to date. Agents who completed the minimum required work averaged 6.9 buyer or listing appointments and 3.9 signed agreements during the six-week period. These numbers show the program helps agents turn a real estate license into a working business quickly.
The curriculum was created using detailed interviews with 70 eXp Realty Cappers and ICON agents. These top producers built their businesses from a cold start without team leads or special advantages. Their conversations, routines, expenses, and decisions formed the basis of a clear daily action plan. Participants start with one lead-generation conversation per day and progress to five.
Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, said FastCAP solves one of the biggest challenges in real estate: helping agents build sustainable careers. “We built eXp University to be more than a perk. It’s a real education system that meets agents wherever they are and grows with them,” he noted.
